zarkana | summer 2011 @ radio city music hall nyc

so! we went to watch zarkana yesterday, a new show by cirque du soleil, premier this summer here @ radio city music hall, nyc~
totally an awe-mazing & magical show, with some new acts that havent been featured on other cirque shows that i've seen {up to 13 shows}

Zarkana is that one-of-a kind show that you just have to see it yourself! hurry, before they leave nyc {last performance's date is on oct.08.2011}

i love this set up, an upside down people with umbrella

sand painting, this is a new act & so hypnotizing~

this is one of my favorite, because after all.. this classic act stated their roots & what cirque is all about, they definitely keep on breaking their own record!

amazing hand balancing performance~

very elaborate ending scene~

and.. of course the scores are just as awesome! a complete excellent bundle of fantasy on its own world, which i always wanna be part of~

"On a recent photo trip to Alaska's McNeil River, I spent four days observing and photographing Brown Bears. The bears routine became pretty obvious - they'd fish for a while until their bellies were full, then they'd wander off into the grass for a little nap. This ole gal never quite got that far - after snaring this salmon, she wandered into a shallow pool at the side of the river, cradled the fish under her arm, and promptly nodded off. It was really comical to see her just sitting there sound asleep."

this is one amazing capture! we all need the snooze button, don't we?
