I have a very-super-duper oily skin, which annoys me a lot of times and have been in a long and tiring quest to search for 'something' that could really help to reduce, or at least to control the shininess on my face. I've tried many different products but they don't seem to help at all, until i finally discovered taa daa.... Blue Astringent Herbal Lotion , spot treatment for oily-prone area from Kiehl's.

I m very happy with the result, because this lotion had proven worked really well for me and took the shine away! Highly recommended! Also try their pineapple papaya facial scrub, calendula herbal extract alcohol-free toner, and the lightweight sodium pca oil-free moisturizer.

j'adore le cirque du soleil

Alegria's theme soundtrack grabbed my attention the moment i heard it from the advert on TV for their upcoming touring show in New York City, Spring 2004 and stuck on my head. The trailer looked really captivating and i decided to see the show. I m really glad i did it even just by myself, i had a GREAT time!

It was totally the whole new levels of entertainment show, which brought the audience to a different world during the mind-blowing 2 hours show. It is so impressive, whimsical, and a dreamlike. This bundle of perfection of surreal art performance contents an amazing acrobatic acts, beautiful music arrangements performed by live bands, and the most ultimate reason for me to come is to see their top-notch costumes ( by Marie-Chantale Vaillancourt ) that give a fanciful notions. They are so well-made, inspiringly creative, and details oriented. Since then, j'adore le cirque du soleil !!

I've been up to 7 shows so far [Alegria, La Nouba, Varekai, Corteo, Love, KA, and Wintuk] and looking forward to see all of them. Watch out for their touring shows coming your way or come to see their resident shows in New York, Orlando, and Las Vegas. It's really worth every penny spent to get such an experience.

Something extra, I got myself an adorable diabolo figurine from KA's souvenier shop [MGM Grand, Las Vegas]. These series of whimsical figurine designed by artist and designer Kate Church. The figurine is movable, and can be positioned in a variety of ways to recall a memorable performance, reflect your inner mood or just to cheer up your day!

i need a new watch

I first saw this buckle watch by Patricia Urquiola for Alessi while browsing on MoMA Design Store and really like it a lot, but not sure about the red. I googled it and voila! It comes in other colours too, white and black. I love the white one ! The battery-operated buckle watch features a leather strap, a steel case, and a mineral crystal dial. The dial features two, distinctly diverse, hour/minute hands to add interest, and sensibly, there is no 12, just a zero. A clever strap design makes for easy on/off with a simple, thread-through and snap-in-place design. Price at $130 with free shipping from lumens

Hand-made Christmas card for my coworkers @ work... with a kitty's face japanese porcelain mug i bought from mitsuwa, some accessories from afaze inside the mug, a snow-flake soap as the 'lid' from crate and barrel, and topped it with a golden bow.
