turn the wheels around
Kaleidoscope @ Louisiana Children's Museum, its' pretty fun to play with colour wheel on the left and image wheel on the right.. spin spin spin and this is what i got...

i snapped some of these doors around the neighbourhood from my recent visit to new orleans..., they are ancient-timeworn-classic-historic yet vibrant!
The blue-white door with yellow wall was the hotel where i stayed. It's called St. Pierre.

hanami.. no, not in japan
To welcome Spring, Brooklyn Botanical Garden celebrates Hanami, the Japanese cultural tradition of viewing and cherishing each moment of the cherry blossom season from April 5 - May 11. There are about 220 cherry trees at their peak bloom. On May 3rd -4th, the garden held Sakura Matsuri Festival. Here are some snaps during the festival
